  22.    It's nothing radical new. I'm talking about camd.library which some users
  23. of David Joiner's "Deluxe Music Construction Set II" and former registered
  24. developers. It was originally created at Carnegie-Mellon university by
  25. Roger B. Dannenberg and Jean-Christophe Dhellemmes. After that is was worked
  26. on by Bill Barton, and later by Darius Taghavy, followed by Carolyn Scheppner.
  27. The final form of the design was conceived by David Joiner and implemented by Joe
  28. Pearce.
